## Web 3.0 | Art Meets Metaverse

We partnered with **Grand Prix Singapore Season**, an event supported by **Singapore Tourism Board**, during the week of the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix, to host an event titled **Web 3.0 | Art Meets Metaverse**.

A strong crowd turned up which packed the event venue.

During the event, we showcased works from various NFT artists in an NFT art exhibition co-curated by **NFT Asia**, **WeAreSG NFT by GERMS Digital** and **Affyn**.

Participants got the chance to try out **Buddy Arena**.

We conducted a panel discussion with **9GAG** and local NFT artist **Shavonne Wong** on the topic of: Metaverse and the Evolving Arts Scene.

We also hosted a panel talkshow with leaders from **Warner Music Singapore**, **ONE Championship** and **PWC Singapore**.

## Buddy Arena Closed Alpha Meet & Play

We conducted 6 **Meet & Play** regional live events to let our community members have a sneak preview and try out the closed alpha version of Buddy Arena. We also took the chance to interact with our amazing Affynians in person. Everyone had a blast!

## Crypto Expo Asia 2022

We held a booth at Crypto Expo Asia 2022, showcasing the Affyn project to thousands of attendees that thronged the event halls.&#x20;

### Day 1

Thousands of Web 3 enthusiasts crowded into the event halls on Day 1.&#x20;

Many Affynians came down to support us.

We held a "Buddy Board" game at our booth, which proved to be popular and garnered snaking queues.&#x20;

Lucaz had a chance to go on stage to speak to event guests about Affyn.

Lucaz was one of the invited panelist speakers on stage discussing the topic of DeFi vs CeFi.
