I encounter a DebuggerException when I try to play the game

We have some security protections in place against jailbroken devices and the use of debuggers. Please enjoy the game using default phone settings. \ \ Affyn adopts a stricter posture when it comes to security and makes proactive measures to safeguard our game using protections used in banks and some top tier games. This form of shielding detects hooking frameworks, repackaged apps, rooted or jailbroken devices as well as debugging capabilities and exits the game before modifications could be made. This unfortunately affected certain devices with hooks, developer or debug modes turned on natively or in the background, and your device likely belongs to one of the affected categories. However, we deem this guardrail as a necessary precaution given the financial benefits of this game so everyone could have a fairer and more enjoyable experience. You may want to try using a different device if your device is unable to play the game.

I cannot login with my Affyn account in Buddy Arena

If you already have an Affyn account, you can simply login with your Affyn account email and password in Buddy Arena.

I cannot sign up for an Affyn account in Buddy Arena

How do I bind a guest account to my Affyn account?

Open the Buddy Arena app and click on the `Settings` icon in the main lobby

Select the `ACCOUNT` tab

Select `BIND`

Input your Affyn account credentials and select `START GAME`

How do I purchase or equip my Buddy skins?

Select the `BUDDIES` tab in the main lobby

Select your desired Buddy and select `INFO`

Select the "Hanger" icon

Select the skin that you want and select `UNLOCK` / `EQUIP`

How do I purchase or equip my equipment?

Select the `EQUIPMENT` tab in the main lobby

Choose the category from the tabs on the left (Weapons, Ultimates, Fashion, Emote), then select your desired equipment. Select `UNLOCK` / `EQUIP`

How do I utilize my NFT skins in the game?

Ensure that you are logged in to your Affyn account and that the wallet containing your Buddy NFTs (or partner NFTs) is bound to your Affyn account. If you have just added the NFT to your wallet, restart the game to update your account. You can then [equip your Buddy skin](https://docs.affyn.com/en/our-metaverse/buddy-arena/faq#how-do-i-purchase-or-equip-my-buddy-skins) from the `BUDDIES` tab.

How to report an issue with the game?

Open the Buddy Arena app and click on the `Settings` icon in the main lobby

Select the `ACCOUNT` tab

Select `SUBMIT TICKET`
